What is the minimum age requirement to join your Muay Thai gym?
We have kids classes which are recommended for ages 4-14. Our adult classes typically are for ages 15 & up and we have members of all ages here
Are your instructors certified and experienced in Muay Thai?
Yes, all our instructors are highly trained and certified in various disciplines of Muay Thai. They have extensive experience both in training and competition.
What safety measures do you have in place during training sessions?
Safety is our top priority. We ensure all training sessions are supervised by experienced coaches, and we require members to bring shin guards, gloves and hand wraps.
How often do you hold classes, and what is the class schedule like?
We have morning classes at 11:30am and 12:30pm and then evening classes at 5:30pm (strength & conditioning) and 6:30pm then 7:30pm. Our only weekend class right now is our strength & conditioning class offered to members by reservation only.
Do I need prior experience in muay thai to join your Muay Thai gym?
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
What type of equipment do I need to bring for my first session?
For your first session, comfortable workout attire (t-shirt and shorts) and a water bottle are essential. We recommend bringing shin guards and gloves, but we also have ones to lend if necessary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit and debit cards, ACH, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Are there opportunities for students to participate in Muay Thai competitions or tournaments?
Yes, we regularly organize and participate in local, regional, and national competitions and tournaments. We encourage our members to test their skills and gain valuable experience in a competitive setting.
